Discussion Two: Paranormal Encounters
For our second discussion everyone is welcome to share any of their own paranormal encounters. It can be sometimes small, like maybe you thought you saw a UFO on your way to school. Or something bigger, like you've felt a ghostly presence in your room. If you haven't have an encounter, don't worry! Please, still give us your thoughts. And maybe what you thought wasn't an encounter actually was.

The other day I saw a white streak shoot accross the sky! My human said it was a shooting star, but I think it was a UFO. It was so bright!

I saw a ghost once! I was over at a friend's house and a group of us were making a video for a school project. When we went back and watched the tape there was glowing ball of light in the background! But there was nothing there that light could have reflected off of.... My friends all noticed it too, but they just shrugged it off as nothing. I knew it was a ghost or some kind of spirit... but I didn't say anything. I didn't want them to laugh at me.

Brenna- I think my grandparen'ts house might be haunted. When they go out for dinner or a movie they always leave the lights on so it won't be dark going into the house. But when they get home all the lights are off! My mom laughs and says at least the ghost is saving electricity, but I still think it's very weird.
ReplyDeleteJess- Yeah, and I really don't like going down the basement when I'm over there. It feels like someone's behind you and you are afraid to look but you make yourself look and nobody's there. I try to never have to go in the basement there but I don't want everybody to think I'm a big baby.
Jess (sailorstitch)- that's really cool! One time I set out a recorder to see if anything would talk to me and I got this really funky sound off of it. Like it was being set down, but it was minutes after I had put it down.

Brenna and Jess- that's scary! But also totally awesome! I don't know if I would go into the basement either, Jess. At least not by myself.
Conclusion time! We got some good creepy stories, so that's good. We should keep our eyes and ears peeled for any signs of ghosts or UFO's. Wouldn't it be awesome if one of us got abducted by aliens?

I don't know if "awesome" is the right word.... I'd love to see a UFO, but I wouldn't want to be abducted by it/them. That would be scary!

We're with Jess (sailorstitch). Seeing a UFO would be cool but no way would being abducted by aliens be cool.

I think it would be kind of cool to be abducted by aliens! I want to see a flying saucer.
